The system, compressed

One method for a long-term investor who swing-trades on a bi-weekly review. Every idea links to the moment he says it.

The whole system on one page

Every chart is one of four states

Higher highs, higher lows.
Lower highs, lower lows.
Bounded: lows → mid → highs.
Tight pause after a move.

Can't tell which in four seconds → skip the chart.

Chapters

Part A · Read

  1. Simplicity: 4 states + 4-second rule
Name what any chart is doing in four seconds, and skip it if you can't.
  2. Timeframes: 200s cloud, snowball→snowman, scaling
Pick the 200s timeframe a chart respects, and know which bigger trend it stands in for.
  3. The 3-part system; ranges & deviations
Stack structure, 200s and gray boxes into one read, and trade a range by its rules.
  4. Regime: trend vs range vs chop; fair value
Classify any chart as trend, range or chop in one look, and switch tools to match.
  5. BTC context: spec vs interp, valid vs actionable, RS, recency
Read BTC first, label your guesses as guesses, and act only on analysis that's close enough to be proven wrong.

Part B · Trade

  1. Bi-weekly scan & filter
Turn the whole market into a list of ≤5 coins worth a setup, in about 15 minutes.
  2. Setups & entries: archetypes, bid vs reclaim
Name which of 8 setups a listed coin is in, and choose to bid the zone or wait for the reclaim.
  3. Setup math: RR × probability × situation; sizing
Judge a setup on all three of his aspects, and size it from the stop in one line of math.
  4. Stops = invalidation; Plan A/B/A2/C
Put the stop where your reasons die, and always know which plan (A, B, A2, C) you're in.
  5. Taking profit & managing
Size each take-profit by the level's timeframe, keep a core, and exit fully only when your reasons die.

Part C · Invest

  1. Reading the cycle; dip vs downtrend; bottom buying
Name any drop as a dip, a pullback or a downtrend, and know the only place worth buying a bottom.
  2. Riding the bull: price discovery, fib TPs, keeping profit
Map fib-extension take-profits in price discovery and exit on the trend break, not on a target.
  3. Doing nothing; narratives; investor vs trader books
Sit out without FOMO, exit only on your own signals, and keep the investor book and the trader book apart.

Part D · Mind

  1. Never wrong: adapt; confidence plateau
Hold a position without needing one outcome, and let confidence move with your arguments, not with price.
  2. Discipline: domino, overtrading, human error, journaling
Spot an impulse chain before the second trade, press fewer buttons, and check every order for the dumb mistakes.

Part E · Loop

  1. The bi-weekly ritual checklist
Run the whole system in one sitting every two weeks, leave limit orders behind, and touch nothing until the next review.
